MIAMI SPICE
La Brisa kicks off Miami Spice, a two-month event highlighting top culinary experiences in the 305. Chef Nicolás Caicedo offers a three-course menu with New American and Latin-fusion dishes, such as pork belly bao, lobster chaufa rice, and dulce de leche flan. The special menu is priced at $45 per person and is available from August through September.
